Tony FadellIt’s so weird how we never tend to think about, the way we all look at the world; the way we perceive and just deal with problems instead of trying to solve them. This happens due to habituation. Designers must overcome this to see the little things to change or alter or improve products. To start with we must look broader, we must take a step back and figure out what the actual problem is step by step and you’ll probably end up with a solution to the actual problem. Also, look closer, focus on the little details that are usually ignored and try to solve any barriers to make the whole thing easier. Lastly, think younger, ask questions. Children have not been on earth long enough to accept things as ‘the way things are’ , they will question and try to solve any problem they come across. We adults should try and do the same too, instead of “getting used to the problem.”
